AWESOMENESS. The National debuted “Bloodbuzz Ohio” this morning on BBC radio and while several blogs jumped at the radio rip (we were quick to hear it as well), we finally have been given a high quality version courtesy of their label 4AD. By the way, it’s really good. Mix of Alligator and Boxer and the emotional intensity we expect from the guys all wrapped up in one.

So, yes, this is the first official MP3 from High Violet, due May 11 (if you can’t see the image…).
